What we do
For an aircraft to be registered in the United States it is required by the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) to be registered to an American citizen or an American citizen owned corporation. The FARs requires that a U.S. citizen has control over your aircraft to protect the interests of the United States. However there are safeguards built into the Trust which ensures you, the Beneficial Owner, are fully protected.
Each Individual Trust Agreement is reviewed, approved and retained by the FAA legal department at their registration headquarters in Oklahoma City.
Our company provides each client with:
- A Secure Individual FAA approved Trust Agreement for each aircraft.
- Experienced professional advice and guidance on Federal Aviation Regulations and all other aspects of aviation.
- All ADs (Airworthiness Directives) and service Bulletins, for your aircraft, received by our company will be forwarded to you.
- We can advice on maintenance requirements and recommend facilities for those who are new to the FAA.
If the aircraft is not already on the "N" register the Registration, Airworthiness Certificate and maintenance requirements have to be changed. We can advise on this process. Often the total price for this re-certification is lower than the registration-only fee charged by other companies.
As each aircraft and owner may have different circumstances please contact us to discuss you own registration further. Contact Warren or Jean on +44 (0)1736 786 032 Fax +44 (0) 736 788 630.
