The cost for the Trust Agreement and registration is:

£375.00 + VAT per year
Or
€587.50 + VAT per year.

We do not charge an initial 'set up' fee.

To legally operate an N registered aircraft outside of the USA you must have an FCC Aircraft Radio Station Authorisation, valid for 10 years. We can provide this for the additional fee of £137.50 + VAT or €200.00 + VAT

The reason we are able to keep costs this low and still fully protect the owner of the aircraft is in the administration of the Trust. As Southern Aircraft Consultancy has an American Citizen running an American Corporation, there is no need to set up a designer Delaware company for each aircraft, eliminating the expense and complications of set-up, president, directors, secretaries, advisors, multiple state and government taxes etc. Some other registration companies try to make a virtue of their necessity to set up a separate company, inferring that it is desirable. In fact each Southern Aircraft Consultancy Inc. client has a secure individual trust but does not have the expense and time-consuming responsibility of keeping company minutes, stock transfer forms, tax and corporate records and paying corporate state and US taxes. All these administrative necessities are taken care of by Southern Aircraft Consultancy Inc. saving you time and worry.

At the moment, the registration process is taking approximately 2 weeks before the temporary registration is issued. We use a personal carrier service in Oklahoma City to facilitate this process securely. During this period of registration transfer, you are not allowed to fly the aircraft. This may be a good time for any maintenance to be carried out.
